FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Basic Information

This service requires the creation of two account logins -- an Anoka County Library - Zinio account to browse the collection, and a free Zinio.com account for choosing and reading magazines.

New Users

Follow these steps to create your Anoka County Library - Zinio account:

1- Follow the link to Register and Create Your Account

2 - Enter your name, library card number, and then click Submit.

3 - On the Zinio page, click the Create Account button.

4 - Enter the required information and click Create Account. An activation link will be sent to your email address.

The confirmation email message will come from this address: mail.rbdg@gmail.com. If you do not receive the confirmation, it may have been blocked by your email service's security settings. Please check your "spam" or "junk mail" folder. If it is not there, open your security settings in your email and set them to allow delivery from mail.rbdg@gmail.com and try registering again.

5 - Click the activation link that was emailed to you to confirm your account.

6 - On the account confirmation screen, click the Return to Login link or return to this page and log in to begin browsing the collection.

Returning Users / Choosing Magazines

Follow these steps to browse the collection using your Anoka County Library - Zinio account and select magazines by creating a free Zinio.com account.

1 - Log in using your Anoka County Library - Zinio account login information.

2 - Browse the available magazine titles and select the magazine(s) of your choice.

3 - After you select your first magazine in the Anoka County Library - Zinio collection, a second browser window will open to Zinio.com.

  • First-time users: Follow the link to create a free Zinio.com account.
  • Returning users: Select the log in here link and log in using your Zinio.com account information.

4 - After checking out a magazine, you can read it online or deliver it to a Zinio Reader app.

Zinio magazines may be read on a wide variety of apps available for many mobile devices, including:

The Zinio app cannot be used to browse the Library's collection of free magazines. View and choose magazines using the web browser on your computer or mobile device.
